Data Protection Statement
Every time a user accesses a page on Frankfurter Societäts-Druckerei GmbH's"Young Germany" website, and every time a user retrieves a file, data on therespective event are stored in a log file. We do not evaluate any personaldetails relating to these data, but we do reserve the right to carry out astatistical evaluation of anonymized data records.  

The data record stored on each retrieval contains the following detail

  • client computer (IP address or domain name),
  • name of the user, if he/she had to gain authorization (to access password-protected content),
  • date and time,
  • first line of the request,
  • status,
  • bytes transmitted,
  • site from which the user came (referrer),
  • browser from which the request came (user agent).

The data are stored for reasons of data security to ensure the stability andoperational reliability of our system.  

Personal Data and Disclosure to Third Parties
In addition to the access data mentioned above, we only store personal dataif you voluntarily send them to us. Furthermore, personal data are only used to the extent that is necessary and only for the purpose that is approved by you and/or is permissible by law. All data are stored exclusively on the particularly well-protected servers of Rhein-Main.Net GmbH in Germany.
Access there to is reserved to a small number of especially authorized persons charged with the technical, commercial or editorial maintenance ofthe servers. No data are disclosed to third parties; in particular they are not sold, rented or exchanged. Only if you have asked us to provide certain services, and we employ subcontractors or agents who need certain data inorder to provide these services, only then will we pass on the data that are required.  

In such cases we insist that our partners also commit themselves to treating such data in confidence according to the provisions of the law and to deletet hem immediately, once they are no longer needed. Please understand, however, that we cannot comprehensively monitor compliance, so that we donot accept liability for any offences committed by our partners.  

Use of Cookies
